1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all sales of kids ear defenders ("Goods") made by Frilioth t/a Edz Kidz ("Seller") to business clients and consumers ("Buyer"), whether directly, via platforms such as Amazon, or internationally. By purchasing Goods, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Wholesale (B2B) orders may be subject to minimum quantities.

• The Seller reserves the right to decline or cancel any order.

3. Prices and Payment

• Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

• B2B: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• B2C: Full payment is required at the time of purchase (e.g. Amazon).

• Late B2B payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• The Seller ships worldwide. Delivery charges, taxes, and duties may apply.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Risk passes to the Buyer on delivery. Ownership passes after full payment.

5. Returns and Refunds
For Consumers (B2C):

• You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for a full refund, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

For Businesses (B2B):

• Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

• Returns require prior approval and proof of purchase.

• Refunds or replacements are at the Seller’s discretion.

6. Product Use and Safety

• Our products meet applicable safety standards (e.g. CE, EN352).

• It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure products are used correctly and safely.

7. Intellectual Property
All product designs, branding, and materials are the property of Edz Kidz and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Warranty

• Goods are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase.

• This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

• The Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the Goods.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business.

10. Data Protection
The Seller processes customer data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available upon request.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Updates
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be made available on request or via our website.
